Welcome Nick Kioutas

We’re proud to introduce Nick Kioutas as our Director of Constructive Training Programs. Nick brings more than 30 years of exceptional leadership in the U.S. Army—serving as both an Aviation Colonel and a Department of the Army Civilian within the Army Acquisition Corps. His career highlights include leading major modernization efforts as Project Manager for Synthetic Environment and for Enterprise Transformation and Integration at PEO STRI (Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation).

A recognized transformational leader, Nick is known for driving innovation across people, processes, and technologies. His leadership is built on trust, innovation, and execution—fostering empowered teams and delivering mission-focused outcomes.

Nick’s contributions have helped shape the future of defense training and readiness through his work in acquisition reform, autonomy, modular open systems, and constructive simulation advancements.
