TSA IV Contract Award

Phoenix Defense Ventures LLC, a Phoenix Defense Company, has been awarded the Air Force’s Training Systems Acquisition (TSA) IV Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The ceiling amount for TSA IV is $32.5 Billion with a 10-year ordering period through May 2033.

The TSA IV contract is managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Agile Combat Support Directorate, Simulators Division and provides analysis, design, development, production, installation, integration, test, sustainment, and instruction for Air Force training systems and cross platform capabilities. TSA IV leverages emerging tools, adaptability, and technologies to rapidly bring increased training capability to the warfighter.

Phoenix Defense President of Engineering Services, Greg Williamitis, stated, “This award is a strategic opportunity that Phoenix Defense to support Air Force simulation and training.” Williamitis also noted that, “Phoenix Defense Ventures is eager to explore teaming possibilities with industry partners at the task order level.”  Training products and services to be procured under TSA IV include training devices, training system upgrades and modifications, Training System Support Center operation, contractor logistics support, instructor services, cybersecurity, and engineering design concepts and prototype development.
