Trevor Estes to Executive Vice President and General Manager of Engineering Services

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Trevor Estes to Executive Vice President and General Manager of Engineering Services

Trevor is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, F/A-18 pilot, and former Air Group Commander with a distinguished record of leadership and operational excellence. Prior to joining Phoenix, he served as a trusted advisor through Cypress International, where he gained deep insight into our mission and capabilities.

Since coming onboard in January, Trevor has accelerated strategic initiatives that strengthen our alignment with key industry partners.  His leadership is already shaping the future of our Engineering Services Division, with a focus on mission readiness, innovation, and customer-driven outcomes.

As we continue supporting the warfighter and advancing critical national security programs, Trevor’s operational experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in taking our capabilities to the next level.
