PLI Awarded KC-135 Block 45 A Kit Prime Contract

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. has been awarded a prime contract with the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma for provisioning the KC-135 Block 45 Global Air Traffic Management (GATM) A-Kits.

This substantial production contract was awarded on 18 August 2015, with base and option task orders valued at over $26M dollars through 2024. A total, maximum, of 377 A-Kits will be delivered to the Air Force LCMC in support of the overall life cycle sustainment of the KC-135 Tanker Aircraft.

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. CEO, Al Funderburk stated, “We are very pleased with this win and very excited to support the Air Force at Tinker and Oklahoma City. Winning this level of prime contract is a key milestone in the strategic growth plan for our Interconnect and Signal Processing business”.

Phoenix Logistics, Inc. will manufacture the KC-135 A-Kit hardware at their manufacturing facility in Tempe, AZ with first deliveries scheduled for March 2016.
