Our pace is often fast, and we encourage collaboration and teamwork.
We deliver quality service and products, encourage growth, build lasting professional relationships across the organization, celebrate, and recognize accomplishments, and have FUN along the way.
In July, our team members were given the opportunity to design a t-shirt that commemorated our commitment, team work, and solidarity over the past year. Despite unsurmountable challenges we were able to pull off the impossible and continue services to our customers, which was pretty remarkable given all the hurdles. By vote, team members selected the winning design: Excellence – We Rise – Outlast. We wear our t-shirts with pride.
Coding Best Practices
Our Chief Technology Officer, Barry Clinger, has a passion for engaging and mentoring beginner to mid-level programmers. Barry regularly facilitates virtual mentoring sessions and training on technology and coding best practices. In these interactive sessions, team members network with fellow developers while also gaining insight from senior technical staff.
Coffee with Al Roundtable Series
Our Chief Executive Officer and President, Al Funderburk, actively listens and engages with team members through a quarterly roundtable series called “Coffee with Al”. In these small group settings, staff share successes, discuss obstacles, and provide insight on how the Company may improve service delivery. These engaging roundtables discussions are instrumental in ensuring open communication and dialogue.
Meet Duke, our company mascot and beloved friend
Our vision was to create a brand mascot that would personify our organization’s purpose, vision and mission; a symbol that represents the indefatigable spirit of our people and culture. Duke is a symbol of who we are, what we do and who we aspire to be as an organization.
Duke exemplifies many of our core values.
She is responsive always there to greet you and ensure that you feel welcomed. She demonstrates integrity by building trust in all of her relationships. She is accountable and takes responsibility for her actions. And, she exudes excellence by showing pride, enthusiasm, and dedication in everything she does here at the corporate office.
